How do you use your Heavy Metals Club membership discount?

To use your Heavy Metals Club discount, make sure you are signed into your account before checkout on the website. If you are logged into your account, your discount will be automatically applied at the checkout screen. 

Can you use a discount code in addition to your Heavy Metals Club discount?

No. Only one discount code can be applied at a time. If you are having issues with applying your discount code, please contact us.

The only exception to this is your leftover points from our old system. They can be used in conjunction with your membership discount for a maximum of 40% off.

What if your membership discount isn’t working?

If your membership discount isn’t working, you can contact our support team. Please be sure to confirm that you are signed into your membership account before checkout and provide us with any relevant screenshots to help our agents assist you better.
