Return/Exchange Processing
Your package for return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse, unless an exception is otherwise explicitly stated by a support agent.
Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your exchange shipment will then be processed.
This process may take several days, depending on return/exchange volumes. Our returns team works as fast as humanly possible.
Even if your order has been delivered to our warehouse, we kindly request you provide us with an additional 5-10 business days for us to complete your request.
Important Note: Return/Exchange packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for approval. Your request may be denied.
