Does Clocks + Colours pay return shipping fees?

Clocks + Colours will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all customers in the USA and Canada. Outbound Exchange orders will be shipped for free with standard shipping.

We do not provide return shipping labels to customers outside of Canada or the United States.

EU customers and international customers outside of Canada and the USA must pay for their own return shipping.

Customers submitting a return or exchange must ship their items back to us at their own expense after submitting their request through our online return portal.

To be eligible for returns, you must agree to all terms and conditions related to our return/exchange policy.

Return Fees

Customers are required to pay a restocking fee based on their region for orders that are returned for a refund. Return fees are not applied toward exchanges.

Canadian Customers pay $9.00 USD for returns.

US and International Customers pay $8.00 USD for returns.

EU customer returns are not subject to restocking fees.

Important Note: We do not refund customer return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
