How do I submit a return or exchange?

If your order number starts with CUS you can submit your request here,

If your order number starts with CEU you can submit your request here.

If your order number starts with COSG or was purchased in-store, please visit the store to initiate a return or exchange.

If your order is outside of the standard 30-day return/exchange window, you will have to contact us to appeal a manual approval of your request.
