How long before my order is shipped?
All orders usually require 2-4 business days on average to be fulfilled. This is the time that it takes for your order contents to be inspected, packaged and dispatched by our shipping team.
Orders will ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays, which may extend delivery times.
How long will shipping take?
The fulfillment time mentioned above is in addition to your selected shipping method.
Orders may be impacted by unexpected delays, such as carrier issues, weather and regional conflict. Your destination country may have customs and import processes that can cause delivery delays. Please understand that these circumstances are out of our control.
Delivery delays resulting from factors out of our control are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursements or refunds.

For international customers:
Once your international standard shipping parcel reaches your destination country with the international carrier, it will be handed off to the local carrier in your country before delivery is completed.
