How long does a return take to complete?
This depends on your original destination.
Canadian returns must arrive at our warehouse in Toronto, ON, Canada.
US returns must arrive at our warehouse in California.
Returns within the EU will be shipped back to our warehouse in Portugal.
Your return package must first be received at our warehouse. Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your refund will then be processed. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method(s), including a gift card if you used one at the time of checkout.
All return processing times are subject to potential delays due to unforeseen carrier complications and seasonal shipping volumes.
Special Note for US Returns
Please note that our returns location for US orders has changed from Canada to the USA, and if your return has already been shipped, it will be processed as normal in due time. There is no reason for concern if your US return has already been shipped to our forwarding warehouse in NY State.
Canadian Returns
Approximately 1-2 Weeks.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process your return parcel in addition to the 3-5 business days it will require for the money to be refunded to your original payment method.
USA
Approximately 1-2 Weeks.

International Returns
Approximately 2-5 Weeks (Depending on Country of Origin)
Your return must first be shipped to a sorting facility in New York before being shipped to our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. The time for a package to be forwarded to Canada can take 1-3 weeks depending on seasonal order volumes. This is in addition to the shipping time it takes to reach New York from your location.
Once your return arrives at our Canadian warehouse, it may take 2-3 business days for us to process your return parcel in addition to the 3-5 business days it will require for the money to be refunded to your original payment method.
EU Returns
Approximately 1-4 Weeks (Depending on Country of Origin)
Your order must be shipped to our European warehouse in Portugal.
Please ensure that you provide us with a tracking number when you ship your item back.
Once your return arrives at our European warehouse, it may take 2-3 business days for us to process your return parcel in addition to the 3-5 business days it will require for the money to be refunded to your original payment method.
Note: You may experience delays if there is a higher-than-average volume of returns.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds will take up to 10 business days on average to be processed to the original form of payment after being received and processed back at our warehouse facilities. Business days are Monday to Friday.
