My order is marked as delivered, but it's not here.

Most of the time when this happens, the package will be delivered the next day. Your package may also have been left in an alternative safe place nearby, such as with a neighbour. Other times, your package may be held at a postal office for pickup.

We ask that you wait at least 24 hours from the time your package is marked as delivered before contacting us to ensure it is not a temporary delay or misunderstanding. If 24 hours have passed since the delivery update, contact us right away.

Your case will be investigated and a replacement may be offered based on the results of our investigation. 

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for orders that are confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking information.

Clocks and Colours cannot be held liable for lost orders as the result of incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Orders lost due to customer error will not be eligible for replacement or reshipment.
