How do I submit a warranty claim?

Please contact us and provide us with all of the following information:

  • A detailed description of the issue and what happened to your item causing the issue.
  • The original order number.
  • If you did not place the original order, please provide us with the name of the original purchaser.
  • A minimum of two (2) photos clearly demonstrating the issue with the item.
  • One (1) photo of the item with the order number handwritten on a piece of paper next to it.
  • A video demonstrating the issue with your item. [No more than 10 seconds long]
  • Confirmation of your current shipping address.

Customer service cannot complete your request without all of the above information.

Important Note: Failure or refusal to provide any or all of the required information requested by our support team may result in a denial of your warranty claim. Our team requires all of the necessary information to verify your original order and process your claim.

If you are unsure of any of the required information, please let a support agent know and we will work with you to assist with this process.

Once your claim has been assessed and completed, a member of our support team will communicate the final verdict of your claim case.
