How long should a refund take to process?

This depends on your original destination. All returns outside of the EU will be shipped back to our warehouse in Canada. Returns within the EU will be shipped back to our warehouse in Portugal.

Your return package must first be received at our warehouse. Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your refund will then be processed. In general, it takes up to 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

All return processing times are subject to potential delays due to unforeseen carrier complications and seasonal shipping volumes.

Canada: Return shipments from Canada typically take 1-2 weeks to be received and approved.

USA: Return shipments from the USA typically take 1-5 weeks to be received and approved.

International: Return shipments from international destinations can take up to 4-8 weeks to be received and approved.

EU: Return shipments from within the EU typically take 2-4 weeks to be received and approved.

Important Note: Return packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for a refund.
