How do I submit a warranty claim?

Use the contact form and include the following information:

  • A detailed description of the issue and what happened to your item causing the issue.
  • The original order number.
  • If you did not place the original order, please provide us with the name of the original purchaser.
  • A minimum of two (2) photos clearly demonstrating the issue with the item.
  • One (1) photo of the item with the order number handwritten on a piece of paper next to it.
  • A video demonstrating the issue with your item. [No more than 10 seconds long]
  • Confirmation of your current shipping address.

Customer service cannot complete your request without all of the above information.

For UK Customers: Please note that your warranty return parcel must include a note inside of the package stating "Warranty Return" and your order number. Not including this note may result in significant delays to your warranty request.


Important Note: Please note that any items sent to us are replaced and not fixed. We do not offer a repair service under our policy.

We are unable to ship back your original warranty item to you under any circumstances. This includes if an item is out of stock for replacement.

Please only send us Clocks + Colours items. Do not include any other personal items or unrequested items.
