EU Customers - 2-Year Legal Guarantee of Conformity

For customers purchasing within the European Union, all eligible goods are protected by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, beginning from the date the item is received.

This legal guarantee applies when an item is faulty, defective, does not function as intended, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

If an item is determined to have a qualifying lack of conformity within the applicable guarantee period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement at no additional cost. Where repair or replacement is not possible or appropriate, other remedies, including a price reduction or refund, may apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The EU legal guarantee is separate from, and is not limited by, any additional commercial warranty offered by us. Certain EU member states may also provide additional consumer protections or longer guarantee periods under national law.

The legal guarantee does not automatically cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft, misuse, improper care, or damage caused after delivery where the issue is unrelated to a lack of conformity.
