Why is my package delayed?

Shipping delays are unexpected, but they do happen.

Your package may experience a delay for any number of reasons that are outside of our control. These delays typically clear within 1-2 days, however, that is not a guaranteed timeframe. If you think your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can verify with the courier to determine if the delay is abnormal. Unless the shipping delay is an abnormal circumstance, we cannot reship your order to you. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration that a delay may cause.

Please note that a package will be delayed if you have not paid outstanding customs or duties charges. Not doing so will delay your order if not completed.

Important Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs and duties fees. If your package is returned due to refusal of customs fees you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
