Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes may not work for different reasons.

1. You may not be meeting the discount code eligibility criteria:
   • Your code may require a minimum cart amount before taxes.
     • Example: "Take $50 off of an order of $200".
   • You are not using the email address your discount code is assigned to.
   • You are trying to combine more than one discount code.
2. Your code has expired.
   • Most discount codes expire within 30 days, and some as soon as 7 days.
   • Please see the terms and conditions of the discount code.
3. The items in your cart are already discounted and are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions.

Important Note:

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts at checkout under any circumstances.

Customer Support

A support agent may ask you to provide the following information for us to troubleshoot the issue with your discount code or promotion:

• A copy of the actual discount code itself.
• A screenshot of the promotion, message or email you received.
• How and when you receive the discount or promotions.
• A list of the items you are trying to purchase with the code or promotion.

Please ensure that you have these details ready when contacting our support team.

Discount codes that do meet the minimum eligibility criteria may not be approved.
