Referral Restrictions
Customers must meet all of the eligibility criteria of the referral program before a referral can be completed. This means that both the sender and receiver of the referral must meet the eligibility criteria.
Important Note: We use a sophisticated referral software that analyzes user data and credentials tied to their profiles. Referral requests may be rejected by the referral system due to fraud detection concerns.
Referral Eligibility
- The referring customer (sender) must be an existing customer with at least one successful order on their customer profile.
- The referred customer (receiver) must be a new customer with no previous orders on their customer profile.
- The referring customer (sender) cannot refer themselves.
- The referring customer (sender) cannot refer a member of the same household.
- Customers outside of the EU cannot refer customers within the EU, and vice versa.
- This is a technical limitation within our referral program. (No exceptions)
