What happens to your old discount?
Classic Heavy Metals Club members will retain their original lifetime loyalty discount for free. Your lifetime discount will remain true to its name.
Will you have to pay for a membership to use your lifetime discount?
You will not have to pay for a membership to keep your lifetime discount. You spent the money to work towards achieving your tier status, so you have earned it and it's yours to keep.
Do I have to pay for a membership to get the added perks?
This depends on your classic membership status.
Check out the following stipulations for further details:
- Any classic Heavy Metals Club member with a lifetime discount of 20% or higher will receive the perks of the membership for free alongside their lifetime discount rate.
- The tier levels which are eligible for free memberships include:
- OG-Silver
- OG-Gold
- Diamond
- Black Diamond.
- If you were part of the above-mentioned tier groups, you will not have to purchase a membership to receive all of the membership perks.
- The tier levels which are eligible for free memberships include:
- Classic Heavy Metals Club members with a discount below 20% will be offered a free complimentary one-year annual membership to get a taste of the new membership perks including the 20% discount.
- Brass tier level members are not eligible for the free complimentary one-year membership
What happens to your existing Heavy Metals Club coins?
Any existing Heavy Metals Club coins will remain eligible for use for one (1) year from January 16th, 2024. After one (1) year, all unused coins will be eliminated and removed from membership profiles.
Unused coins removed after the one-year grace period will not be reimbursed to any customers in any form under any circumstances.
Can you continue to earn Heavy Metals Club coins?
Coins can no longer be earned by any means after January 16, 2024.
This means that coins will not be earned for any purchases or purchase reviews, as well as for any social media interactions such as liking, following, tagging or posting on social media.
What happens to Heavy Metals Club coins if I return or exchange my order?
Once used in a purchase, coins will not be refunded or reinstated in any way. Coins are single-use only and do not count as legal currency for the purpose of a refund. However, they do count toward the value during an exchange.
