Extended Return/Exchange Period

During the 2025 holiday season, customers who placed their order between November 3rd and December 15th 2025 will be able to submit an eligible return/exchange request until January 15th, 2026.

Please note that all other normal return/exchange policies and restrictions apply.

All products must be returned with original packaging in resellable mint condition. Damaged returns may be rejected at the expense of the customer.

Clearance items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise eligible based on EU laws within 14 days.

Important Note

Requests for further extensions to returns and exchanges beyond the established extension period mentioned above will not be approved.
